Corti and arztkonsultation bring clinical AI into consultations

TLDR
- Corti is the first partner in arztkonsultation's AI ecosystem, with integration into their platform underway
- The initial focus is automated documentation, with Corti's clinical language models generating structured notes from live consultations
- A beta of the integration is being shown at DMEA 2026, Hall 1.2, Booth C-111
Documentation built for consultations
Consultations move fast, and documentation typically happens after the fact. Corti's ambient scribe technology listens to the consultation as it happens and generates a structured draft of the documentation in real time, so clinicians aren't catching up on notes after the session ends.
The models underlying this are purpose-built for medical speech. They're validated against a medical lexicon covering drug names, anatomical terminology, and specialty-specific language, and trained specifically on clinical content rather than adapted from general-purpose models. That matters in outpatient settings where consultations are high-volume, and the language moves quickly between general and specialized.
Corti's technology carries Class I medical device registration in the EU, and compliance is built into the architecture rather than applied on top of it. That regulatory foundation is part of what makes it deployable at scale within a regulated healthcare platform.
Reaching providers where they already work
arztkonsultation's approach is to bring AI into the systems providers use day to day, not alongside them. The integration with Corti fits that approach. Clinicians won't need new tools or new workflows. Structured documentation becomes part of the consultation they're already having.
The partnership is starting with documentation and will expand from there. Both teams are working on how Corti's broader clinical intelligence capabilities can extend further into the arztkonsultation platform over time.
