Introducing Corti Rounds

In hospitals around the world, clinicians regularly gather around difficult cases. The name changes: grand rounds, morgenkonference, Frühbesprechung, le staff. But the idea is much the same: bring people into a room, put a problem in front of them and learn from it together.

Corti Rounds starts with that same idea, but asks a different question: what if the people closest to healthcare’s problems were also in the room when solutions were being built?

This October, we're opening that room.

From discussing problems to building around them

Too often, the people experiencing healthcare's problems and the people building technology to solve them meet too late.

Corti Rounds brings clinicians, founders and builders together earlier.

Once a month, they'll gather to unpack what's changing in healthcare and AI, hear from people building in the field, see new ideas demonstrated and put unfinished ideas in front of the room for feedback.

Corti's Clinical Innovation Team, physicians working inside Corti, will anchor each session, helping keep what gets discussed and built grounded in clinical reality.

Inside a Round

Each gathering revolves around five parts:‍

1. ‍The Pulse: what just happened in healthcare AI, regulation and funding.‍
2. The Case: a conversation with someone building at the intersection of healthcare and technology.‍
3. The Bench: a live look at something actually being built.‍
4. The Floor: an idea from someone in the room, opened up for structured feedback.‍
5. The Room: time for the conversations and collaborations that happen afterwards.

Some sessions will happen at Corti's Copenhagen HQ. Others will be virtual and open to people anywhere.
