Posos Joins Corti’s Agentic Framework to Bring Certified Medication Intelligence to Clinical AI Agents

PARIS, May 19, 2026 — Posos, a French medtech pioneer in AI-assisted prescribing, and Corti, healthcare’s frontier lab for clinical-grade AI, today announced a strategic partnership at SantExpo 2026.

Through the partnership, Posos becomes one of the first Experts integrated into the Corti Agentic Framework, giving clinical AI agents built on Corti access to certified medication intelligence for safer prescribing support.

Why medication intelligence matters for clinical agents

The announcement comes as healthcare organizations move from AI experimentation toward production-grade clinical agents. Since the launch of the Corti Agentic Framework in February 2026, more than 100 healthcare organizations have begun piloting clinical AI agents across workflows including nursing triage, clinical documentation, report generation, procedure coding, and clinical guideline support. Corti’s Agentic Framework was launched as production-ready agentic infrastructure for healthcare, with an Agent Library designed to support governed, deployable clinical workflows.

As these agents take on more complex clinical workflows, one reality is becoming clear: they need access to reliable, structured, and auditable medication knowledge.

That is precisely what Posos provides. With its drug database approved by the French National Authority for Health, CE Class IIb Medical Device-certified APIs, and a knowledge graph natively encoded in international terminologies including SNOMED CT, FHIR, ATC, and ICD-10, Posos brings multilingual and multi-terminology pharmaceutical expertise into the Corti Agentic Framework.

The integration is designed to support real-world European clinical settings and global AI agent prototyping, with production deployment and regulatory validation assessed country by country.

Bringing certified medication expertise into the Agent Library

Through the integration, Posos Expert will become available in Corti’s Agent Library. Developers and software vendors building AI agents on Corti can equip those agents with direct access to Posos’ pharmaceutical knowledge layer.

In practice, an AI agent can query Posos in real time to identify contraindications, drug interactions, and patient-specific risks, and surface therapeutic adjustments referenced by authoritative sources.

The integration is based on open interoperability standards, including Model Context Protocol, FHIR, and Agent-to-Agent protocols, supporting deployment across clinical environments connected to Corti. For institutions and software vendors already using the Corti platform — including EHRs, telemedicine platforms, and practice management systems  Posos’ expertise can be accessed without the need for a standalone medication-specific integration project.

Making clinical AI agents safer to deploy

Medication risk remains one of the most critical challenges in healthcare. According to a study by the NEJM Group, 39% of hospital complications are linked to medications. This risk is rising as populations age, and more elderly patients manage multiple prescriptions, with one third taking more than 10 medications per day, according to Irdes.

At the same time, clinical teams are under increasing operational pressure. In this context, AI-assisted care is becoming an operational necessity — provided it is reliable, explainable, and certified. This partnership brings those principles directly into clinical AI agents built on Corti.
