Eligibility:

The Corti Co-Pilot Demo Apple Watch Ultra 2 Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to 2023 HLTH Conference Attendees who watch or schedule a demonstration of Corti Co-Pilot.  Employees of Corti and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Sponsor:

The Giveaway is sponsored by Corti (“Sponsor”), located at The Fulton Center 222 Broadway 19th floor New York, NY 10038.

Entry:

To enter the Giveaway, attend a demo of the Corti Co-Pilot product held by Sponsor between October 7 - October 11, 2023 at  HLTH 2023 Conference at Las Vegas Convention Center.

All entries must be received by the end of the event. Limit one entry per person.

Prize:

One (1) prize winner will receive one (1) Apple Watch Ultra 2, approximate retail value $749. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsor in the event that the prize cannot be awarded for any reason, in which case, Sponsor will substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor within 5 business days after the conclusion of the entry period from among all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by phone, email or other method. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Receipt of any prize by winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.Limitations of

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Giveaway. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
