Key Account Manager

November 10, 2021

Say hi to one of Corti's Key Account Managers, Ana-Maria!

Ana-Maria is originally from Bucharest, Romania and currently lives in Dallas, Texas. Before joining Corti, her background was in home infusion, where she focused on the patient side of healthcare operations.

"Although I loved the patient care side of things, I found myself excited by what's going to drive this world in the future: AI. I wanted to work for a company that was quick to change, ready to disrupt, and ultimately had fun in what they did. Enter Corti. And here we are!"

Shortly after Ana-Maria joined the Corti team, she flew out with the rest of the U.S. team to Copenhagen for CortiCon, a week-long event filled with strategy planning and well deserved team-building!

"Having the opportunity to fly out to Copenhagen and meet the entire team was amazing and a great kick off to my introduction here."

Company culture is essential to Ana-Maria. She has been an integral part of Corti's brilliant team in the U.S. She mentions that the wide variety of individuals she communicates with daily is a big part of her motivation.

"There's endless good things I could say about our teams, but I think what stands out the most is the diversity in our employees. We're made up of so many intelligent individuals with such different backgrounds from all over the world, all working together to revolutionize healthcare!"

Although Ana-Maria has a background in healthcare, working on a technology organization is definitely different from everything else she's experienced and has been a learning curve for her. She definitely enjoys it and will never turn down a challenge!

"I've gotten a better understanding of a tech-based role and what it entails. I've also learned how to work across different remote & international teams, something you don't think about until you have to do it. This list is endless, but lastly I think one of the biggest things I've learned is how to be flexible with quick changes - we're a start-up after all!"

We're lucky to have you, Ana-Maria!
